Authorities confirmed that officers responded to a residence in Los Angeles County after the 57-year-old was found unresponsive. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner later identified him as Daniel Wherrett. His death has been reported as a suicide by overdose.

Choosing to die by suicide is an overwhelming, excruciating, painful decision to make. Whether planned or chosen at last minute it leaves loved ones, friends and fans wishing they could have helped Dan in someway to make a different decision.
